You’re under no obligation to anyone to hold the same values, beliefs, dreams or goals as you had yesterday, be a good friend to yourself. What would a coach say? What would you say to a friend who wanted to change?

Your daily to-do list should be reinforcing your current identity. If something isn’t, can it be easily dropped? then let it go and move on.
