Be a grown up

To be in construction, you have to be a grown up.

Every day is problem solving, outcomes are usually imperfect, plans change, unlike software, mistakes are costly to correct, you have to take things apart before you can throw them away and rebuild. You have to take it on the chin and find a way to make things work.
